Our Story
The display and embodiment of kindness and global awareness. Monika Keodouangdy founded the company as a way to share her passion for global sustainability and equality. She has spent years as an entrepreneur in the beauty industry and used her skills to help numerous people feel more confident and beautiful in their own skin.
However, she felt like the universe had a greater purpose for her and she wanted to do more for her community. In August 2019 she was presented with the opportunity to volunteer with the plastic Bank in Bali, Indonesia. It was there she found that she could combine her passions for helping others with her love for nature and its preservation.
We live in a world where waste is so easy to come by. It pollutes our waters, our air, and our planet. Monika was ready to embark on a new adventure. She envisioned herself spreading awareness about the abundance of harmful waste created by the use of non-reusable day-to -day products. And so, The halo Effect was born.
